On the Lookout
I’m on the lookout for some new scenery. The deck in the backyard is getting a little boring, no? Anyways, I’m already excited for the cool weather brought about by fall. Hats Hats Hats, and cozy layers are one of my favorite combinations!
For today, a mirror print blouse that always seems to catch someone’s eye when I wear it. I get asked about it constantly! H&M PEOPLE! ;) This fit and flare skirt is so easy to wear and nips in the waist for an hourglass silhouette. Top it off with a staple black blazer and we now have interesting workwear! Flats for work, sneaks for evening!

It’s a beautiful day outside, and naturally I have spent the entire afternoon in a giant bed watching the never ending drama-fest that is Pretty Little Liars.

Shades of Sunday
My camera is back in action! I feel so relieved and now for a pillowinthecloset update! (FINALLY)
The weather has been perfect as of late, and I finally have a moment to enjoy the sunshine.
Sleeping with the windows open is one of my favorite things to enjoy. I love the sounds of birds and bugs at night, and the warm glow of the sunshine in the morning. It perks me up just enough in the AM and gets me feeling well and happy for a pleasant start to the day.
That pleasant start to my morning keeps me in the positive when sending out what seems like millions of job applications to places all over the continental US in hopes of snagging a career in the ever-fabulous and ever-selective fashion industry.
FYI just ordered some killer sneaks from TopShop, and I can’t wait to premiere them on the site! Till then I’ll be twiddling my thumbs in anticipation, and waiting for the FedExman on the porch.
